After more than ten years of efforts, our company successfully developed the first folding open core NC forming machine in China at the end of 2012, and then continuously developed a series of supporting tooling equipment, including folding flat open core turnover tooling platform, triangular core turnover tooling platform, rectangular core turnover tooling platform and new silicon steel sheet bending (folding) wire opening machine. The transformers are folded R-core transformer, circular core transformer, rectangular core transformer, three-dimensional triangular core transformer and hexagonal core transformer. The types of transformers include oil-immersed transformer, dry-type transformer, traction transformer, wind power transformer, grounding transformer, rectifier transformer, explosion-proof transformer, etc.

So far, our company has applied for 44 national patents, including more than 10 invention patents, more than 30 utility model patents, and has obtained 19 certificates. Among them, on December 20, 2015, China Electric Power Enterprise Federation identified "folding double-seam three-dimensional open core transformer" as an international advanced level.


"National Oriented Silicon Steel Industry Chain Supply and Demand Exchange 2007" was held on May 6 at Haitian Holiday Hotel in Xuzhou.
