Investigation Record of Private Oriented Silicon Steel Production and Popularization and Application of Folding Open Core Transformer
Over the past month, we have been investigating the production of private oriented silicon steel and the implementation of new silicon steel standards in northern provinces and cities of China. At the same time, we have made a thorough investigation on the popularization and application of new silicon steel materials and foldable open core transformers. We have visited the old and new factories of Baotou Weifeng Rare Earth Electromagnetic Material Co., Ltd. and the Taian oriented silicon steel production line in Shandong under Eliolin Electric Group. The development of hi-B oriented silicon steel, which is being developed and tested by the above enterprises, is also understood. The workshop of Baotou City Ke Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the earliest domestic manufacturer of folding open core transformer, was observed on the spot in Baotou. The market promotion and application of folding open core transformer were discussed in depth, especially the specific requirements of folding open core transformer in the use of silicon steel quality and the advantages of this technology in oil and dry transformation. The shortcomings are analyzed in detail.
New Standard for Silicon Steel
Hi-B oriented silicon steel is an important material for current transformer products. Especially after the energy efficiency of distribution transformer has been improved by the State Grid, the general CGO oriented silicon steel can not meet the domestic market demand. S13 coil core transformer or stacked core transformer have high requirements for the grade of oriented silicon steel. The more stringent, high grade, low iron loss, low noise oriented silicon steel is the direction of development, but also the focus of the market.
In Shandong, Baotou and other private steel mills, the new national standard of oriented silicon steel, Part 2: Grain Oriented Steel Strip, GB/T 2521.2-2016, was mainly exchanged with enterprise leaders and engineers. At the end of June and the beginning of July, Baotou Kedian Electric Power Co., Ltd., which is open to the society, welcomed a group of visitor learners of folding open core transformers. Whether state-owned listed companies or private transformer enterprises, they were full of curiosity and strong interest in the production technology and manufacturing technology of folding open core transformers. Although they are on the lookout, they have learned a lot from the operation and management of each production enterprise, especially each enterprise has its own advantages in resisting sudden short circuit of the hot transformer. Experience, different perceptions of the current market prospects, different views of the future transformer Market prospects, some enterprises because of market adjustment problems in which they are facing various kinds of helplessness.
