In order to coordinate with the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan for Distribution Transformers (2015-2017) and to implement the key task of "upgrading the industrialization ability of high-efficiency distribution transformers" defined in the plan, the National Transformer Energy Efficiency Improvement Industry Alliance started the work of upgrading the industrialization ability of high-efficiency distribution transformers this year. An expert seminar organized by the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association was held in Beijing on March 24. In view of the bottleneck problems existing in the distribution transformer industry in China, it is proposed to set up several special working groups to determine the leading units, participating units and participants of the working groups. With the continuous development of China's economy and the rapid growth of electricity demand, China has promulgated policies to accelerate the development and application of distribution transformers. China Electrical Appliance Industry Association (CEIA) actively joins the Chinese Academy of Electrical Sciences and the State Grid to promote the product finalization of distribution transformers under the situation that there are many types of distribution transformers. Small-capacity distribution transformers 50KVA, 100KVA, 200KVA and 400KVA are the main models to be promoted. The General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection (AQSIQ) promotes the work of quality equivalence of distribution transformers, promotes the identification and consensus of energy efficiency standards and labels of transformers, solves the problem of improving the quality of amorphous ribbons and the design and application of iron cores, improves the production capacity of processing equipment for silicon and steel cores, improves the automation of electrical equipment with the help of intelligent manufacturing 2025, and raises the technology of processing equipment for stacked cores, coiled cores and fold Promotion and promotion.
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan for Distribution Transformers (2015-2017), how to speed up the development and application of high-efficiency and energy-saving Distribution Transformers has become the focus of attention of the entire transformer industry.
